Remember there are two nights of ETOC and two nights of the E-Fly Pick a level that best works for your budget. Submit a copy with your Agreement.

This will be the second year for both events to be held under one roof in one building using THREE different gymnasiums.

We are offering five different levels of sponsorship and a number of ways to promote your product(s) to fit everyone’s budget.

Includes placement of six large banners for Friday & Saturday night at ETOC. Six ETOC demonstration time slots, three on Friday night at the ETOC qualifying and three on Saturday for the ETOC finals. Placement of six banners at the all-new E-Fly Open. In either open fly gym or both. Multi table set up if you desire at ETOC/E-Fly event. Logo placement and recognition on the web site and on any and all handouts. Twenty-five V.I.P. tickets good for both nights at ETOC and eight pilots passes for the open fly event.

GOLD Sponsorship of $1,000.00

Includes placement of three large banners for Friday & Saturday night at ETOC event. Three ETOC demonstration time slots, one on Friday night at the ETOC and two for the ETOC Finals on Saturday night. One table set up. Fifteen V.I.P. tickets good for both nights. Placement of three banners at the new E-Fly Open. In either open fly gym or both. Four pilots passes for the open event.

SILVER Sponsorship of $500.00

Includes placement of two banners for both nights at ETOC. Two ETOC demonstration time slots to be used one per night. Ten V.I.P. tickets good for both nights at ETOC & E-Fly. Two banners at the E-Fly Open.

BRONZE Sponsorship of $200.00

Includes placement of two banners at each venue for both nights. (ETOC & E-Fly)

Table set up is $50.00 per table. We can provide table(s) Placement will be a first come first serve basis.
