Should any standard, non custom, item fail to meet your expectations, (Custom made gear is NOT returnable) . simply Give us a call and we will help you out. You must contact us and return it within 10 days of receipt in a new and unused condition and in its original package. We will gladly exchange it or refund your merchandise price (shipping charges are not included in this offer and restocking fee will apply). Product must be used for it's intended purpose or guarantee is void. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number before shipping merchandise back to us. We will not accept any product back without prior approval. Ship via UPS,FEDEX or Post Office INSURED. If we don't receive your returned item or if it gets damaged on the way to us we will not give you a refund or exchange! Please enclose the original invoice or copy with a note explaining what you would like us to do (credit, exchange, refund). If you don't enclose the receipt we can't verify that you bought that item from us and in many cases we don't even know who is shipping back something if you don't provide us with that information! If your product is damaged in shipping to you call us immediately so we can get you taken care of as soon as possible.
